"Notes From Rehab is a collection of poems and prose written mainly over the 8 years that I was in high school and college. I intend for this work to tell a story inspired by my own battle with mental health; one of someone who fights on a daily basis, trying not to let their demons or monsters win them over.
I want to showcase that cyclical and powerfully destructive nature of addiction, anxiety, OCD, and depressions in an authentic and accessible manner."
